This is a great location with a wide view of Yal ku lagoon's sea entrance and the Caribbean. Sunrises with coffee on the sun deck are real memory makers. A bonus feature of this villa is its stone path that leads down to a private entrance to Yal ku lagoon.
Casa Aurora has a guest house and a main house with the swimming pool between the two. There are three bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in guest house. The main house has two bedrooms on the lower level, just off the ocean/sun terrace. One has two twin beds and the other has a king size bed. Each has a private bathroom and opens to a shaded patio, then to the sun deck which has a couple chaise lounges.
The upper level has a bird's eye view of the lagoon and sea. This is where the kitchen, living room and the third bedroom are located. All have an excellent sea view. Access to each is from a shaded balcony/terrace which has chairs and a couple tables. This is another great place to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Caribbean. The combination living room/ dining room is just off the kitchen. The dining room table has chairs for five with additional seating and tables in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is directly behind the dinner table with a pass-through for easy serving. The living room has a built-in L shaped couch, and additional tables and chairs. There is a CD stereo system for your entertainment. Large windows face the sea view. A little farther down the terrace is the master bedroom. It has a queen size bed, and an oversized bathroom with luxurious bathtub and double sinks. Just outside is a table and chairs to enjoy the view in relative privacy.
The swimming pool is on the garden side of the main house, and it has chaise lounges, tables and chairs. The setting is very private and tranquil, surrounded by tropical plants. Tropical trees and a shade arbor provide some shade when you've had enough sun.
The guest house has a large living room with a raised kitchenette/bar counter at one end, perfect for entertaining. A pool/garden porch if buffered from the pool by lush greenery and a short curved sidewalk leads out to the pool. Back inside, the guest house bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Doors open to a private garden patio facing the greenery, right next to a natural cenote (freshwater pool).
