The Gran Bahía Príncipe Resort is formed by three 5 star resorts: Gran Bahía Príncipe Akumal, Gran Bahía Príncipe Tulum and Gran Bahía Príncipe Coba. The commercial entertainment center of "Hacienda Doña Isabel" is available to all three. It has a wide variety of services and shops for daytime and nighttime entertainment. Because of the beautiful location, wonderful architecture and many facilities and services Gran Bahía Príncipe Akumal, Tulum and Coba are considered to be 5 star hotels in the Riviera Maya.

All-inclusive Their "all inclusive" system includes all the meals, snacks, Mexican drinks, house wines and cocktails in all the bars and restaurants throughout the hotel complex, as well as a mini-bar service offering mineral water, soft drinks and beer. Towels, hammocks and sunshades are provided for the beach and swimming pool. There is a program of activities and shows for adults and children (both in the day and in the evenings) and a wide range of games are organized to entertain everyone.

Guests can enjoy a wide variety of air conditioned bars and restaurants offering both Mexican and international cuisine. There is also an extensive range of installations such as swimming pools, a Jacuzzi bar, a piano bar, a spa, a gym, a mini-club (children from 4 to 12 years), tennis courts, a theatre, a water sports activity centre, a solarium and garden with sunshades and sun bathing beds, a towel service, a meeting room, a cash point machine, currency exchange service, etc. The hotel also offers other services charged for separately (more information on arrival at the hotel).

Clubs and leisure The Bahia Principe hotel offers the installations of the "Club Golden Principe", which offer bedrooms located in villas. The guests of the Club Golden are able to enjoy the exclusive services of the Club as well as the services of the rest of the hotel. As for leisure time, the "Hacienda Doña Isabel" stands out. It is a Caribbean village (leisure area) and a shopping centre.

Bedrooms The hotel has a total of 1044 bedrooms 6 of which are equipped for handicapped people. All the bedrooms are Junior Suites and are situated in three storey villas. All of the rooms have air conditioning, complete bathroom, telephone, hair dryer, satellite TV, a safe (surcharge), mini bar and a balcony or terrace.
