Casa Coral is a new arrival for 2012 on Jade bay. These four deluxe condos are just a mile from central Akumal by car and only a 10 minute walk along the beach. Central Akumal is conveniently just around the north point of Jade bay.
The condos' interiors are elegant and of superb quality, featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen, a kitchen breakfast bar, marble on all the floors and in the bathrooms, and big glass sliders on the ocean side of each condo. The upper level has a stunning elevated view of Jade bay and the Caribbean and the lower level has direct access to the beach. The upper level also has beach access via the stairway down from the ocean terraces.
It just gets better. On the lower level, the two 2-bedroom condos each have a private swimming pool and a master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom and slider to a private furnished pool deck. The second bedroom is garden view with two single beds and a private bathroom. The condo's main living space is a spacious open layout which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, and the living room. Here you'll enjoy a large L-shaped sofa, flat TV, satellite programing and a iPod/USB media dock. There is a half bathroom off the main living area for your convenience.
The upper level 3-bedroom condos have 2 bedrooms on the main floor and the master bedroom on the roof. The interior layout of the main living space is much the same as the 2-bedroom condos, with a spacious room that includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, six person dining table, large L shaped couch in the living room, flat TV, satellite programing and a iPod/USB media dock. There is a half bathroom off the main living area. Two bedrooms are on this level, one facing the ocean and the other the sunset to the west. Both have a private bathroom. The ocean side bedroom has a king bed and a slider to the furnished ocean terrace. The west facing bedroom has a private bath and two single beds. The master bedroom is up on the roof with a panoramic view of Jade bay and the Caribbean. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV lounge area and master bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is a big furnished sun deck with a swimming pool and amazing sea view. Another large sunset terrace faces west and has a Jacuzzi tub.
All the condos have central air conditioning, Wifi Internet, Flat TVs with satellite service and maid service 6 days a week. There are kayaks for cruising Jade bay and the snorkeling is quite good.
