The casa has individually air-conditioned bedrooms, a lovely blue tile swimming pool with a built-in Jacuzzi and smooth limestone sun deck, and another furnished ocean side sun deck just off the living room. The ocean side deck is a great place to eat breakfast while watching the Caribbean sunrise, or if you prefer a higher vantage point, there is a rooftop observation deck.
On the pool side of the casa the fully equipped kitchen has a window view of the pool and jungle, and a formal dining room is just around the corner. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms and glass sliders with either a patio or private terrace with a view. Three face the ocean and one faces the pool side of the house. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and two have two double beds each. All have comfortable built-in couches.
The second floor also has an air-conditioned entertainment room with satellite TV, CD stereo, sofa bed and sun terrace that overlooks the pool. This is a comfortable and colorful house, well suited to families, and it is within easy walking distance from all the services and stores in central Akumal and those on Half Moon Bay.
