The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the casita has one bedroom and one bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms in the main house is air conditioned and each has a Caribbean view with either a terrace or patio facing the beach. Downstairs is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room, all facing the beach and Caribbean view. For your entertainment in the living room enjoy TV with SKY satellite service, VCR, DVD, CD stereo player, library and games. A beach side exterior patio with table and chairs has a grill for barbecues on the beach and lounges on the sand for perfecting your tan. Casa Sombra has full timecaretakers who live on-site and are there to answer your questions. Meal preparation is also available upon request.
Casa Sombra also has a casita guest house that can be rented separately or with the main house. The casita offers private lodging for two people. This air conditioned one bedroom guest house has a king size bed, a full kitchen, living area and a bathroom. Guests have easy access to the beach through a lush garden. While at Casa Sombra enjoysnorkeling in the shallow bay, scuba diving with one of the area's dive facilities, gift shopping and dancing at Hacienda Doña Isabel. The Mayan Ruins of Tulum, the jungle/ cave tour at Actun Chen and other adventures are all relatively close for day trip excursions.
