There are three separate condo units, all with individually controlled air conditioning. Two are one-bedroom units and one is a two-bedroom unit (details below in the Bedding Summary). The courtyard area in front is for common use and has a lovely garden with shaded table and chairs, patio, goldfish pond and a grassy lawn area. The garden is an excellent spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
The right side of the courtyard has condos (#102 & #103 [lower and upper]) which can be rented together and joined via a connecting door on the stairwell. This will make a 3 bedroom unit. #103 upstairs has two bedrooms (1 with a king and 1 with a queen), a shared bathroom, a kitchen with dining/living spacea and an exterior terrace. On the lower level is #102 with two-bedrooms, private bathroom, main living space with very spacious living room, dining area and kitchen overlooking the garden courtyard.
The left side of the courtyard has one upper level condominium. A flight of stairs leads to #100 which has a kitchen, living room, dining area, terrace, bedroom with a king bed and a single bed, and a private bathroom. There is an air conditioning unit for the main living space by the kitchen and another air conditioner in the bedroom. A terrace off the kitchen has a view of the garden courtyard. This condo sleeps a maximum of three people. The downstairs condo #101 is the owners unit and is not rented.
