Villa Los Primos has 5,000 square feet of living space featuring comfortable furnishings, original oil paintings, regional Mexican antiques and a number exterior terraces and patios.
The entrance foyer is quite grand with a lovely interior garden overlooked by a second floor balcony and high domed brick ceiling. Through the foyer is the sunken living room and dining room; a perfect place to entertain or just relax. A glass wall on the ocean side of the room gives way to the beach side swimming pool, patio, sand and Caribbean. Also downstairs is the large kitchen and one bedroom.
The villa has four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs; all have air-conditioning. The master bedroom is upstairs on the ocean side and has a king size bed, bathroom and private access to the exterior balcony that overlooks the Caribbean and runs the length of the house. Another bedroom upstairs has two queen size beds, bathroom and private access to the balcony. Between these two bedrooms is a combination sun room/ bedroom with two large sofa futons that fold out to make two more double beds. This room also has access to the exterior balcony. The second floor interior balcony opens to a garden side exterior terrace with a stairway to the roof-top observation/ sun deck.
There is a separate air conditioned guest house with twin beds, kitchenette, living room and bathroom. This is located on the garden side of the property right next to the main house and is very convenient for larger groups.
