Yal Ku Cai has a beautiful ocean front location facing almost due east for spectacular sunrises over the Caribbean. The view wraps 270º around the building for a sweeping panoramic view of blue Caribbean.
There is only one other building on the point and it is set back from Yal Ku Cai's position. Fabulous snorkeling in Half Moon Bay is only a few feet to the South and wonderful swimming in Yal Ku lagoon & inlet is a short walk to the North.
The pool area is on the protected garden side of the building and offers pleasant sunny and shady areas for lounges, tables and chairs. An outdoor kitchen with a large stainless gas grill makes this a wonderful place for an afternoon or evening cookout by the pool.
The building has 6 condominiums. Each condo is individually decorated according to the personal taste of its owner. Condos 1, 2 and 3 each have 2 bedrooms, maximum four people, and condo 1E has one bedroom, maximum three people. A separate newly remodeled one bedroom casita is available pool-side and is fully equipped.
