We stayed here for the last 6 nights out of our 23 day trip through the Mayan Riviera and I will say it was the highlight of our vacation. Although an older building, the condo was well maintained and very clean. The daily maid service was a pleasant bonus as well. The best part of the property however was the beautiful beachfront. Hammocks interspersed between gorgeous palm trees with the aqua blue ocean in the background was a sight to behold and one we thoroughly enjoyed each day. Carlos would come every morning with a smile on his face to rake the sand and reorganize the lounge chairs that were left askew from the previous day’s activities. The long stretch of beach on this bay is great for daily walks and on days when the ocean is calmer there is also some great snorkelling to be had. All-in-all I would rate our stay as a five star and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting this condo.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is wonderful--it is a prime spot on the beach and the condo is very comfy and pretty. My only caveat is that we had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom--so the lack of privacy was a bit strange. The property also looked more spacious in the photos. Overall I would recommend this place and everyone was really nice and responsive.

Wonderful stay. Staff was great. Finding the road off of 307 at night was unnecessarily difficult,the first night of arrival. A light by the sign and much simpler more concise directions would make a great difference. Can't wait to go back.

This place is great if you want a quiet comfortable place right on the beach with a beautiful view and all the needed amenties. If you need a big pool and swim up bar to share with a million other guests this is not the place for you. If sun, sand, surf sound, ocean view and palm tree shade with a clean comfortable condo are good for you, this is a great spot.

This was our fourth stay in Akumal and U Nah Kin was our favorite! The condo is sparkling clean, the beach gorgeous, and the staff and owners kind, helpful and professional. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, spices, measuring cups, pots/pans, etc. which is important to us since we do a lot of cooking, and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The check-in process was simple, and we loved the restaurant recommendations in the house book. We can’t wait to return!
