Casa del Cho Hom is perfect for families who are looking for a home-like ambiance, elegant decor and require only three bedrooms. The home has a slightly elevated view of the sea just 2 blocks off the beach in a very private and tranquil part of Playacar Phase 1.
The main living space is at entry level and has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. The dining room is next to the kitchen and seats six people, and on the opposite side is the sunken living room with a U-shaped couch, padded chairs, coffee tables and a view of the pool. There is a second living room/ gaming room upstairs.
The three bedrooms can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning. The twin bedroom opens to the pool. The queen bedroom has a view over the living room and a partial pool view through the living room window, and it has a private bathroom. The master bedroom suite is upstairs on its own floor with a private bathroom, and direct access to an exterior tiled deck and the rooftop sun/lounge area.
The swimming pool and rooftop lounge provide the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the sea view or take a swim. The rooftop has a built-in lounge area with shade and sun, sea view, plus a grill for rooftop cookouts. Down at pool level there are chaise lounges for sunbathing amid the surrounding tropical landscaping
Playacar, Playa del Carmen and the beach have plenty to offer. Central Playa del Carmen is about 5 minutes away by car for shopping, dining, tours and much more. The beach is two blocks away and has recently been restored (2010) with huge amounts of white powdery sand.
