Casa del Sol Vista just south of central Playa del Carmen, just across the street from an nice sandy Playacar beach; with 8 bedrooms, a rooftop swimming pool and sun deck, and another sun patio on ground level, Casa del Sol Vista is ready to handle large families up to 16 people. The villa can be rented with fewer bedrooms and those not used locked off.
The entry level has the main living spaces including a large deluxe kitchen with a breakfast bar peninsula. There is a dishwasher and all the essential accessories including a microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The dining room is just off the kitchen and seats up to 12 people comfortably. A very plush living room features comfortable couches and chairs, tables, and an entertainment center with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Bring your lap top to keep in touch because Wifi wireless Internet is included.
Upstairs are four king bedroom suites with individually controlled air conditioning, en suite bathrooms and ample space for your comfort and storage needs. These bedrooms are adjacent to the rooftop swimming pool and furnished sun deck.
The lower level has four queen bedrooms with individually controlled air conditioning, two queen beds each and an en suite bathroom for each. This brings the house total to eight bedrooms. Some or all of these bedrooms will be locked off as necessary when the house is rented with fewer than eight bedrooms. The lower level bedrooms are accessed from a stairway inside the house, and another private entrance stairway outside, just off the sun patio.
The rooftop swimming pool has a great view out on the Caribbean. A door opens from the upstairs landing to the pool and sun terrace which has chaise lounges, sun chairs, and additional padded seating. This is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, or midday tanning in the pool.
The beach access is just across the street to the right, promising instant sun and fun on the sand, swimming, sunbathing or beach combing. You can walk the beach north into central Playa del Carmen in about 10 minutes, or south to see the all-inclusive resorts of Playacar.
Playacar and Playa del Carmen have all the services and activities you can imagine for your vacation fun.
