About the condominiums These condominiums are conveniently located just down the road from Plaza Playacar and just south of central Playa del Carmen. There are 65 two and three bedroom condominiums in four, three-story buildings. The grounds are large grassy lawns dotted with palm trees. A long swimming pool with a bridge over the center and a water-jet/fountain feature is the first things guests see as they walk through the reception and out onto the landscaped grounds. The initial accommodation building with the reception area is called "Reef". Looking into the grounds, building "Coral" is straight ahead, building "Surf" is to the left and building "Cenote" is to the right.
All the condominiums are fully air conditioned and furnished according to the individual taste of the various owners. Now is an excellent time to take advantage of its increased availability to the condominium rental market.
Nearby about 5 minutes walking is Plaza Playacar (to the south), central Playa del Carmen (to the north), and Playacar/Playa del Carmen beach (to the east). All points considered, Paseo del Sol is a good choice for those who want the convenience of a fully equipped condo and all the tourist services you are likely to need, both in Playacar and Playa del Carmen.
