Villa Tortuga is in a short row of four condominium/villas, all facing a fabulous Caribbean view and wide white Playa del Secreto beach. This part of the beach has a massive deposit of fine sand and the surf is that perfect shade of Caribbean blue. The beach is semi-private regulated by the security gate on the access road, and most who visit here absolutely love the serenity.
Formerly a private oceanfront home, this condo/villa has only recently entered the rental market. The owner has stocked the villa with every imaginable item for her personal comfort, and therefore yours too, and she has maintained the villa immaculately. Villa Tortuga is in a small, exclusive four villa complex. An elegant blue tile swimming pool is on the beach side of the villa with a built-in Jacuzzi, surrounded by a pool deck with two canopied sun beds and several chaise lounges for tanning. There is an additional furnished exterior patio just off the living room making the pool area perfect for entertaining. On the far side of the pool stairs go directly down to the beach. On the sand there is plenty of space to play or set up lounge chairs for beach front tanning.
Once inside Villa Tortuga the lower level opens up with an spacious floor plan including a full kitchen, dining area and multiple living spaces overlooking the pool and sea. Furnishings are predominately in warm earth tones with white walls, giving the main living area a pleasing two-tone effect. All areas face the windows and glass sliders that overlook the pool and beach. The kitchen is equipped for a gourmet and has plenty of counter space including an island and convenient breakfast bar peninsula. A more formal dining area can seat up to eight people and is a little closer to the beach windows. Across from the kitchen is the living room with an L shaped couch facing the pool and beach. Just behind this is an entertainment/lounge area with two more couches and a table facing a media center - TV/bookcase unit. On hand are CD stereo, a variety of books and cable TV. There are two more over-stuffed chairs across the room for additional seating.
Villa Tortuga has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each has one king bed and tastful furnishings with white walls providing plenty of natural light. Two of the bedrooms face the sea and open to an ocean side furnished terrace overlooking the pool and beach. The other faces the greenery on the opposite side of the villa. Two of the three bathrooms have tiled sunken bathtubs and all have showers. For you convenience Villa Tortuga has private parking directly behind the entrance to the villa.
