Villa Delphina is in a short row of condominium/villas, all facing the Caribbean and wide, white Playa del Secreto beach. This part of the beach has a healthy deposit of fine sand and the sea is that perfect shade of Caribbean blue. The beach is semi-private regulated by the security gate on the access road, and most who visit here absolutely love the serenity.
The swimming pool is on the beach side of the villa with a pool deck, padded chairs, chaise loungers for sunbathing and an umbrella for when you've had enough sun. Just off the pool deck is pure sand. There is an additional furnished exterior patio with table and chairs just off the living room making the pool area perfect for entertaining. On the far side of the pool sand leads directly to the surf line.
The lower level of Villa Delphina opens to a spacious floor plan including a full kitchen, dining area, an entertainment area with TV and padded sofa & chairs, and two more sitting areas with wicker/rattan padded funiture. Sliders in the window wall open to the shade patio, pool and beach. The furnishings are modern/tropical and quite comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter and cabinet space, including a central island. A more formal dining area can seat six people.
Villa Delphina has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two have one queen bed each and the third has two double beds. Tastful colorful furnishings and white walls provide plenty of natural light. Three bathrooms all have showers. For you convenience Villa Delphina has private parking directly behind the entrance to the villa.
In order to accommodate larger groups Villa Delphina can be rented with three bedroom Villa Ixchel next door, subject to availability. The two condos are very similiar.
