Villa Ixchel is in a short row of condominium/villas, all facing the Caribbean and wide, white Playa del Secreto beach. This part of the beach has a healthy deposit of fine sand and the sea is that perfect shade of Caribbean blue. The beach is semi-private regulated by the security gate on the access road, and most who visit here absolutely love the serenity.
The swimming pool is on the beach side of the villa with a pool deck, chaise loungers for sunbathing and an umbrella for when you've had enough sun. Just off the pool deck is pure sand. There is an additional furnished exterior patio with table and chairs just off the living room making the pool area perfect for entertaining. On the far side of the pool sand leads directly to the surf line.
The lower level of Villa Ixchel opens to a spacious floor plan including a full kitchen, dining area and an entertainment area with TV. Right next to the beach view window wall is a living room with rattan furnishings across from a bar in the same style. Sliders open to the shade patio, pool and beach. Furnishings are typical Mexican Caribbean style with bright colors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space including a central stainless table and convenient breakfast bar peninsula. A more formal dining area can seat six people.
Villa Ixchel has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two have one king bed each and the third has two double beds. Tastful colorful furnishings and white walls provide plenty of natural light. Three bathrooms all have showers. For you convenience Villa Ixchel has private parking directly behind the entrance to the villa.
In order to accommodate larger groups Villa Ixchel can be rented with three bedroom Villa Delphina next door, subject to availability. The two condos are very similiar.
