Located in south Puerto Aventuras, Villa Agave is on the beach facing the bay and sea near the entrance to Puerto Aventuras' private marina. This house is just 45 minutes south of Cancun and is more a tropical estate than just a villa.
Casa Agave features a formal courtyard entry area, magnificent interior, and a large "L" shaped swimming pool which leads to a very private beach. The quality and attention to detail both inside and outside this house are immediately evident. It's obvious a lot of thought, time and money went into its creation. The furniture and woodwork are handcrafted in mahogany, teak and wicker. Big padded sofas in the living room and master suite make it easy to become a couch potato if it weren't for the marvelous pool and beach. The overall effect is very luxurious and sophisticated but not too formal or stuffy. This is a place where you can relax in style and enjoy casual luxury, in a beautiful, tranquil location on the beach. The views and comfort will make you never want to leave.
The villa has six bedrooms Three bedrooms with king size beds, two with queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. A portable single size bed is available for an extra guest. There are seven bathrooms all with hair dryers, a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Essentially there are two wings to the house. The living room, bathroom, and three bedrooms with private baths are in the south wing, and the dining room, kitchen and three more bedrooms with baths are in the north wing. The pool area, patio and gardens separate the two wings and provide a spacious central area for socializing and entertaining. There is a outdoor kitchen area with a built-in grill and sink where guests can prepare BBQ if they wish. This is a lovely location on the bay facing the sea.

Shopping, restaurants, water sports & scuba diving, fishing, Puerto Aventuras' magnificent main beach and 9 hole golf course, sailing & adventure tours, and much more can easily keep you entertained during daylight hours and into the night. Car rentals, guided land tours to Mayan ruins, cenotes and jungle attractions are all available in Puerto Aventuras.
