Good location, convenience and value are fitting words to describe these popular condominiums, located right on Puerto Aventuras' main marina. All the shopping and fine dining Puerto Aventuras has to offer are just a few steps down the pedestrian walkway in front of Dolphin Discovery.
Chac Hal Al condominiums have been around since Puerto Aventuras was conceived and this is why the location is so convenient, and visually spectacular. This is a prime location, one of the first to be built upon. The Chac Hal Al condominium complex is a U shaped series of buildings surrounded by water and manicured tropical landscaping on all sides. Half of the condos face the marina and half face the ocean. One of the condo buildings is on the point where the boats enter and depart Puerto's public marina, and all the ocean facing condos are on the north end of beautiful Fatima Bay where Puerto Aventuras main beach is located.
Condo Buildings beachfront B,C,D,E,F are Caribbean beach front units. Condo Building A faces the ocean inlet leading to the marina. Condo Buildings G, H, I and J face the Puerto Aventuras marina. Each building has 4 stories. Condo Building E in Chac Hal Al is on the beach and has only 14 units. Condo Building E sits on a grassy area on the sandy beach and the parking lot is behind the building. Beach chairs are put out every morning for guests. It is close to restaurants, shops and the only steps from the Omni Hotel.
The condominium interiors vary in style and decor reflecting the taste of the individual owners. Below is a sample of pictures taken inside the various units represented on this web page. Depending on these condos' availability other units of similar style and quality may be offered at the time of your inquiry. Kitchens are fully equipped with four burner stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. Normally there is a raised counter that separates the kitchen from the living room or formal dining room. The living rooms are appointed with a sofa, chairs and coffee table. There is normally an entertainment center nearby providing satellite TV, DVD, and CD stereo. A glass slider opens to a water view patio or terrace (2nd level and above).
The pools, beach and marina are very near to all the Chac Hal Al condos. The main pool has a zero level entry area making entry and exit very easy. This gentle slope also serves as a shallow area for kids under supervision. There are chaise lounges around to pool, and facing the sea and beach. A sandy tanning area in front has a few thatched shade umbrellas and chaise lounges. The view of the main beach and Caribbean is wonderful. As for the marina side of the complex, the upper levels have an elevated view of either the inlet or the boats in their slips. Watching the sunset in the west as the lights come up in the marina is quite a show. The marina side condos have terraces and balconies that face the view. All points considered, Chac Hal Al is a great condominium choice in Puerto Aventuras and an excellent value.
