This magnificent villa is right on sandy Fatima Bay, Puerto Aventuras' main beach, just one hour south of Cancun.
Hacienda del Mar's interior courtyard is a classic design of arches over columns, adorned with Mexican trinkets, cacti and artwork. Just off the courtyard are three guest suites, each with full bathrooms, plus a den with air conditioning.
A little closer to the sea are the living and dining rooms where you will enjoy an amazing view of the beach and blue Caribbean over the swimming pool. The house was designed by the owners to reflect the old world charm of the Mexican hacienda, and it achieves this nicely with hacienda architecture, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art throughout the home. A myriad of colors and a stunning sea view combine to bring you the best of two worlds; the sea and the classic style of Mexico's grand haciendas.
Upstairs there are three spacious ocean front suites that open to a huge ocean view terrace which runs the length of the hacienda. Enjoy an ocean front massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. Hacienda del Mar's villa staff are on hand to attend to your every need.
The white sandy beach of Fatima Bay is just off the pool, and the snorkeling in the bay is very good, including coral heads, colorful tropical fish and the occasional sea turtle. The pool and beach are where you will spend much of your time during the day. Twilight time is a real treat as the eastern sky alights over the Caribbean in a rainbow of colors.
For the sporting minded you can enjoy golf, tennis and a gymnasium two minutes away in central Puerto Aventuras. The marina has international restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, dive stores, Dolphin Discovery, fishing charters and more. Puerto Aventuras is perfectly located to take advantage of the many attractions along the coast. Xpu Ha beach is 5 minutes south and Playa Del Carmen is 15 minutes north with its many restaurants, bars and the famous 5th Avenue. Akumal is 15 minutes south. Visit the Eco Parks Xcaret and Xel Ha or the Mayan ruins of Tulum or Coba. With such a great location, you can experience all the Riviera Maya has to offer without ever venturing too far from your villa.
