  • Includes lodging for up to 16 Total in the House + Marriage Suite/Palapa (no more than 12 adults)
  • Includes chef service for up to 16 guests - (service only) for 6 days breakfast, lunch & dinner. Includes use of the property for the wedding reception (1 day only) for up to 40 guests. 10% gratuity required for all wedding parties. $1500 fully refundable security deposit required. Wedding party catering & services not included.
  • Outside catering is not permitted.
  • No smoking inside the villa.
  • Please Note:
    • For groups of 14 a fully refundfable security deposit of $1500 is required with final balance.
    • For groups of 14 or more a 10% gratuity is payable with the final balance.
    • All groups must sign a Standard Liability Waiver.
