Perched on the primary dune in the central part of Soliman Bay, you couldn't pick a finer spot. Looking out on the turquoise reef of Soliman and blue sea beyond will make you wish you lived here year-round faced with decisions like.. should I snorkel out to the reef, kayak or just lie around by the pool?
Bedrooms Moon Star has four bedrooms, all on the ocean side of the house. Two are side-by-side on the second floor overlooking glorious Soliman Bay, with sliders to a large furnished ocean terrace. The terrace has a refrigerator, food prep area with sink, counter space and a little Weber charcoal grill; entertainment with a view. An exterior stairway goes up to the palapa-topped rooftop master bedroom with its own private furnished deck and sea view. Another bedroom is at beach/pool level and it has a full entertainment center including plasma TV, DVD player, DVDs, VCR, videos, CD stereo and a small library of books. This bedroom has an extra large king size bed and slider to the pool and beach.
Downstairs- beach level On the ground floor of Moon Star is the kitchen just to the left as you enter the house. It is fully equipped with all the major appliances, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc. and a breakfast counter with bar stools makes a convenient spot for a quick bite. A full dining room with seating for six is across the room next to the living room. Both the dining room and living room have glass sliders that open to the swimming pool and beach. The living room has a wide curved couch and coffee table. Furnishings are top-notch with a Caribbean flair. Bright colors and quality textiles, towels and linens will make you feel right at home, or wishing it was your home.
Pool and beach Even though you're right on the beach it is wonderful to have a swimming pool right next to the house facing the sea. A shady furnished patio has table and chairs and a built-in grill is next to the pool. The sand starts just off the pool deck with sun lounges and a shade palapa closer to the surfline. Two kayaks come with the house; one 2 person and one single person. Soliman bay is a large bay with an outer break to reduce surf. Coral heads and tropical fish are within easy swimming range and kayaking out on the bay is definitely a blast!
