The accommodations consist of eight rooms and eight bungalow/ cabañas. They are arranged village-style on the primary dune of Tulum beach and just a little farther back. Take your pick of beach front, ocean view, partial ocean view, garden view or jungle view. The rooms are #7-14 and the cabañas are #1-6 and #15 and 16. All the rooms and cabañas are just a few steps from the surf. Each has tasteful decoration, tropical furnishings and art, shelving for your personal effects and a private bathroom.

Special events on selected nights are an added fun feature at the lounge. Friday nights (during high and mid season only) dance the night away to national and international DJs and enjoy special performances. This event starts at 10pm and ends at 02:45am. And in effect now the lounges features Bikini Beach Sundays, starting at 1 pm until sunset, with live music and DJs, and a barbecue on the beach.
