Whether you have 2 families families of 4 to 6 people, or couples looking for a laid back, yet fun-filled Mexican vacation, you have found the ideal location.

Each level of Akumal Sunrise offers 2 full bedrooms, a studio room, full kitchen and living area. Should you rent out one level only, the other suite will remain empty. However, if you are a larger group you would have 4 bedrooms and two studio rooms. Lots of space for your visit to Akumal!

Take a Tour Through Casa Akumal Sunrise

The each floor of Casa Akumal Sunrise hosts a well-designed living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a lovely breakfast nook, an entertaining area and two sun-filled bedrooms with king-sized beds and private baths. One of the bedrooms faces the tropical garden, while other opens up to a view of the beach and provides access to the beach patio.

Two additional single beds are cleverly located in each studio just off the living room and, when needed, are separated from the rest of the house by an elegant bamboo partition. The sliding doors, leading from the studio to the modern beach patio add an extra touch of comfort and privacy to the studio spaces.

During the day the studios becomes part of the living room and can serve as the entertainment point of the house, as a large flat screen TV and stereo located here.

The beachside terraces can also be accessed from the stylish living rooms, and, believe me, once you are outside, you will understand why this is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, family dinners or lunchtime snacks.

Outdoor Dining is a Hit With Visitors to This Villa

Akumal Sunrise was the perfect house for our family trip. It has plenty of space, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, but where it really shines is its outdoor areas. There are multiple areas to lounge around outside, and the rooftop pool is fantastic. The location is ideal as well; much of the surrounding beach area is quite rocky, but where Akumal Sunrise sits you have a clear path straight into the Gulf. To top it off the manager and house staff were all super friendly and welcoming. We'll be back for sure.

The house is very well designed and the caretakers were super pleasant and kept the property nicely. We had such a lovely time and besides lack of natural screening between the too close neighboring property, we highly recommend this rental.
