POLICIES:

RATES PER NIGHT IN DOUBLE OCCUPANCY FOR 16 GUESTS
Please add 22% tax.
A $1,500 security cash deposit upon arrival is required. The deposit is fully refunded in cash before check-out, pending no significant damage to the property.
The minimum night stay policy is 3 nights except on Thanksgiving 5 nights and Christmas ^ New Year 7 nights.
Children under 24 months stay complimentary.
A US$95 Day Pass may apply for any external visitors. Any external vendors to come, are to be previously notified and approved by the property.
Rates are in US dollars per week.
