    POLICIES:

    • RATES PER NIGHT IN DOUBLE OCCUPANCY FOR 12 GUESTS
    • Please add 22% tax.
    • A $1,500 security cash deposit upon arrival is required. The deposit is fully refunded in cash before check-out, pending no significant damage to the property.
    • The minimum night stay policy is 3 nights except on Thanksgiving  5 nights and Christmas & New Year 7 nights.
    • Children under 24 months stay complimentary.
    • A US$95 Day Pass may apply for any external visitors. Any external vendors to come, are to be previously notified and approved by the property.
    • Rates are in US dollars per week.
    • Rates are subject to change without notice.
    VILLA SERVICES INCLUDED:

    • DAILY CHEF SERVICE (GROCERIES PAID IN CASH SEPARATELY)
    • DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
    • SECURITY GUARD
    • HOUSE MANAGER
    • GARDEN/POOL MAINTENANCE AGENT

    EVENT POLICY:

    An Event Fee of $500 will be added to the standard rental rates at the final balance.
    The wedding coordinator rate is charged separately as an external service.
    Event fees for external guests below will be added to the standard rental rates at the final
    balance:
    • U$ 500 for 0-25 total external attendees
    • U$ 1,000 for 26–50 total external attendees
    • U$ 1,500 for 51–100 total external attendees
    • U$ 2,000 for 101–150 total external attendees

    Words can’t describe how incredibly wonderful this vacation was. The home was immaculate and even better in person. It was perfect for our large family. The views off the back of the house were stunning. We were able to snorkel right outside the door, rinse off in the outdoor shower and dip in the pool. The home came with a personal chef and chef’s assistant through Chef Antonio Sosa. They worked with various dietary needs and made us some of the most amazing fresh meals throughout the week. The staff with Akumal Direct were very responsive to questions leading up to our stay and on-site. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I’d rather stay in a community like this any day of the week over an all inclusive. We will definitely rent from them again. Thank you for making everything so special, and for your kindness!
