Description

Envision white sand, a crystal clear pool, and a turquoise bay filled with colorful reef life right outside your door. Welcome to Lol Ka’naab 7, a sanctuary on the shore of one of Akumal’s best beaches, Half Moon Bay. This unit offers two bedrooms and overlooks the bay from its spot on the second story.

When you step inside, Lol Ka’naab 7 feels bright and welcoming, with floral fabrics and natural light giving the space a quaint charm. The first bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed, and in the second bedroom, there are three twin beds, perfect for kids or all your single friends. Each of the bedrooms has an air conditioning unit and marble ensuite bathrooms, adding a bit of extra privacy and convenience for guests. 

Lol Ka’naab 7 has an open floor plan that allows light and fresh air to fill the living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough seating at the breakfast bar to accommodate four people and the living room has a large built-in couch that looks out towards the bay. Through a pair of large sliding glass doors, you’ll find the private patio. The patio is furnished with a small seating area and a colorful hammock for siestas.  On the ground level, there is a pool where you can stretch out on a lounger and let the warmth of the Caribbean sun melt away the hassles and headaches of the rise and grind. 

Lol Ka’naab 7 has the features of your dream vacation for a price that can make it a reality, your hardest decision will be whether you'd rather sip your morning coffee poolside or while lounging on the beach.

A lovely place to relax for a few days after touring the Yucatan. The flat was comfortable, clean and had wonderful views of the sea, especially the sunrises! Akumul is not very big or lively which suited us but there was a great cafe and bar very close to the apartment. If you want to prepare meals, then you need to shop at Tulum. WiFi was very disappointing. Great customer service.

Everything about this holiday was magical. The apartment is in the perfect position, right in the middle of Half Moon Bay, so just a few minutes' walk to the various restaurants, cafes and gift shops. Check out La Buena Vida restaurant, which has half-priced drinks 5-6pm every day, and the Jungle Cafe, which does a great breakfast. Yalku Lagoon, 15 minutes walk, is definitely worth a visit. There's even an outdoor gym, although we reckoned it was a little too hot to be working out - the sea providing a rather more refreshing option for exercise, but each to their own. If you need any advice or help, the property management company is directly across the street, next to the small but handy food shop (if you want a proper supermarket, there's a very large one just off the freeway, about ten minutes' drive north). As for the apartment, it was always immaculate, cleaned every day by the friendly and discreet staff. Very comfortable beds. Excellent showers. Good WiFi. All in all, highly recommended. We'll definitely be coming again.

We stayed at lo Kanaab for 15 days in February. The staff are simply amazing, from Carlos who manages the property to Eliza our cleaning lady always went above and beyond for us. We would request some thing and it would be done immediately. Can’t say enough about this property and the staff. We will 100% be returning.
