    Nikte 1 is a 2 bedroom ground floor beachfront suite, part of Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condominium in Akumal.  Providing all the amenities and commodities of home, this condo is tastefully decorated in blue Caribbean hues and a fresh design.

     

    Spacious Living Areas With Ocean Views

    The large living areas create an elegant oceanfront lounging area environment with an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. The living room has an entertainment unit and comfortable seating for gathering, and a furnished poolside patio deck overlooking Half Moon Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, a high-top island table with tall stools and a large dining table. 

    The master bedroom has wall-to-wall sliding glass windows for a stunning view of the ocean. This room has an en-suite bathroom, a queen size bed and a twin trundle to sleep 3 in one room.  The floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to a shaded beachfront deck with 2 chaises perfect for sunbathing poolside.

    The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a twin-size top bunk and a twin trundle to comfortably sleep 4 guests in one room. Plus, the second bedroom also has its own private bathroom floor-to-ceiling windows and door that lead to a small garden with seating for a breath of fresh air shared with the adjoining studio. 

     

    Great Solution For Both Families And Friends That Travel Together! 

    In addition, this condo has an adjoining lock-off studio that is fully furnished, complete with its own kitchenette and independent entrance allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation rental. 

     

    Housekeeping 2 Times Per Week!

    This well-appointed beachfront property allows guests to enjoy the best Akumal has to offer from its central location on Half-Moon Bay. Plus, Nikte 1 offers guests housekeeping services 2 times per week. Guests can take a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops, and fun for everyone. 

    *Please be advised that while Nikte Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

    KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

    The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you. There is so much to see and do in this special place, we know that you will have an amazing and memorable vacation!

Scott nos apoyó en todo lo que necesitamos, se mostró atento, nos llamaba casi todos los días para ofrecer ayuda en cualquier situación. El departamento incluye TODO para pasarla bien, las toallas frescas, sábanas limpias, excelente estado de mantenimiento de absolutamente todo lo qué hay ahí. La vista es hermosa Hay una persona encargada de ir a revisar el perfecto estado de la limpieza y que apoya felizmente a todos los que nos quedamos. No vemos la hora para poder regresar Gracias por todo lo bonito

    Our family of 5 spent Christmas in Akumal at Nikte Condo. The condo is in a very quiet gated community and the views of the ocean are incredible. The folks with Akumal Direct were always available to assist (even over Christmas!) and made many wonderful recommendations of places to visit. Would highly recommend this agency and this location.

    We loved our ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and beach. The sunrise and sunset views were unmatched from our patio and we were able to snorkel right from the beach. Our place was very comfortable and fit two families comfortably, with the ability to cook meals and relax inside or out!! We hope to go back again soon.
    Scott was helpful and attentive and Guadalupe and the other staff kept the place clean!!

    We stayed three nights after a wedding at XCaret. It was the perfect way to "wind down" after a busy week. The place was perfect for our four families. A convenient access to great stores and restaurants.

    My son and I stayed here at the end of April. The condo is very new and modern, the furnishings were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer meant we could pack lighter. My son also appreciated the Wi-Fi and cartoon channels. The best part was being able to walk right out the door to the pool, which has both shallow and deeper areas.

    The location of the condo was great too - close to La Buena Vida and right across from the convenience store. Akumal Bay and the rest of Akumal was a short golf cart ride (or a walk for older kids) away.

    Booking with Akumal Direct was as smooth as always, they stopped by the check in, and were quick to respond when I reached out. And unlike what the listing showed, maid service did come by every day. There was also a good supply of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent - so a few less things to pack in your suitcase or buy at the store.

    As another person noted, there are dozens of light switches and it was comical/confusing to remember which did what. Small suggestion - I’ve noticed this with other rentals in the area but the daylight lightbulbs in the place can give off a cold vibe. Soft white bulbs would make everything much more inviting.

    As expected, the beach did have some seaweed but nothing that spoiled the trip.

    We had an amazing time at Nikte 1. The living space was clean and had many amenities. The location is incredible - right on the beach and beside the pool, with a great porch space to have breakfast or an afternoon drink. It’s not too far to walk to town, and it’s great having the general store and bike rentals right there, as well as some great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The master bedroom bed was very firm and not the most comfortable, but that was about the only thing in our unit that we found that was not to our complete satisfaction. The double bed in the other bedroom was more comfortable, and it was great having so many options for sleeping arrangements. We also loved the ability to have our parents staying in the adjoining suite. We would highly recommend this unit.

    Property manager scott was on top of everything! He was so helpful. the staff there was amazing as well! The place was absolutely amazing and so clean. We loved it and would definitely rent again. highly recommend the place. The management company emailed right away and always answered our questions.
