Plus, the master bedroom has a twin trundle, sleeping 3 guests in one room. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a furnished beachfront deck for sunbathing and outdoor gatherings by the pool. 

The second bedroom has a beautiful and convenient Queen-size bed with a twin trundle and a twin-size top bunk to comfortably sleep 4 guests. This guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a small private garden area with seating for a breath of fresh air. 

A Great Value For Families And Friends That Travel Together. 

Nikte 1’s third bedroom is a lock-off studio fully furnished, complete with its own kitchenette and independent entrance allowing this unit to be used as a 3, 2, or 1 bedroom vacation rental. The studio has an open layout and designer space-saving bedding that provides a queen-size bed, a twin top bunk, and a twin trundle.

Housekeeping 2 Times Per Week!

Amenities include central air, satellite television, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, and daily maid service. Spa, babysitting, and cook services are optional services and are available at an additional fee.

This well-appointed beachfront property allows guests to enjoy the best Akumal has to offer from its central location on Half-Moon Bay. Plus, Nikte 1 offers guests housekeeping services 2 times per week. KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

Recently visited in April for a friends trip. Ground floor is perfect for walking right out to the pool. Three bedrooms, three bath, tons of space. Right across the street from convenience store which was a plus for picking up a quick drink or snack. Large couch and cable tv was perfect for a rainy afternoon or a siesta. April weather was perfect - warm but not blazing hot, only one rain shower, and no bugs.

Property management company was easy to book with and available throughout our stay if needed.

This condo was great! We were 3 couples and the condo was a great fit for us. The location is good proximity to food and the store just across the street. Anything we needed Scott and his team were there for us. Guadalupe was there everyday to tidy up or anything else that needed attention.

Nicely furnished ground-level, beach front condo with unheated swimming pool. Tankless water heater gives unlimited hot water. Grounds maintained daily. Has Washer/Dryer, and serviceman attempted to fix washer without success.Electronic ignition on stove inop, so requires lighter. TV was Netflix and Amazon Prime, but no network channels. We brought our own Firestick to get those channels

Amazing experience from start to finish. I travel a lot and have pretty high expectations. Akumal Direct was AMAZING in all regards: upfront communication was perfect, checkin was ridiculously fast and easy, the condo was gorgeous and well equipped. All around fantastic. Thank you!!
