Bellamar sets new standards of spaciousness and splendor with its large open-concept living and dining areas that overflow to a large covered terrace, tempting you to put your suitcases down and chill by the pool with a cold ‘cerveza.’

The grand, gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar is located just off the living room. Although, you probably won’t have to worry about cooking, as at Bellamar they pamper you with complimentary full chef services during your entire stay.

The bedrooms of the Bellamar villa are also worth noting. Each of the 13 suites is bright and spacious. Each comes with an en-suite bathroom, private access to the ocean-view terrace and a beautiful king size bed and a sofa that offers additional sleeping space for 2 more guests. 10 of the 13 bedrooms boast elevated views of Half Moon Bay, while 3 corner bedrooms (one on each floor) take advantage of the ocean breezes and feature a partial ocean view.

Both the second and third floor of the house host an entertaining room with a large screen TV and a private sitting area. The 3rd-floor entertainment area also boasts a Games lounge, equipped with a football table and table tennis.

Policies:

22% tax not included in the rate.
Rates per night in double occupancy for up to 26 guests. Please add $145 + tax/guest per night for guests over base occupancy for up to 52 guests. Child under 8 years US$80/night plus tax. Children under 24 months stay for FREE.
Upon arrival, a $1,500 security cash deposit is required. The deposit is fully refunded in cash before check-out, pending no significant damage to the property.
The minimum night stay policy is 3 nights except on Thanksgiving 5 nights and Holidays 7 nights.
For outside visitors during your stay, there is a $95 day-pass.
Any external vendor to come, to be previously notified and approved by the property.
