Why Go?
This is a divers cenote, as it is best seen and experienced as a scuba diver. Though it is a cavern dive, and can be set up as a cavern tour through a local dive center, it is described as the closest to the cave dive an open water diver can experience. The light refraction, halocline, and limestone formations are wonderful. The entrance is small which is why it is not recommended for snorkeling and swimming.
Where Is It Located?
Just south of Puerto Aventuras on the west side of the highway.
What Can You Do Here?
Hook up with a local dive center to enjoy this location as a cavern dive. There are few to no services as this caters to the dive community.
